Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Landing Routes mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Landing Routes LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Landing Routes," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Platform Description & Marketplace Disclaimer
Landing Routes is a technology marketplace platform that connects travelers with licensed ground transportation and experience operators in the Caribbean. Landing Routes does NOT provide transportation services directly. IMPORTANT: Landing Routes LLC is a technology company, not a transportation company. All ground transportation, transfers, tours, and experiences are provided by independent licensed operators ("Authorized Operators"). Landing Routes acts solely as a booking intermediary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform and create an account. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a booking you agree to pay the total amount shown, including all applicable fees.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before booking.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with Platform operations, to impersonate others, or to submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landing Routes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services provided by Authorized Operators. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
10. Complimentary Refreshments
Complimentary refreshments are provided as a courtesy by Authorized Partners operating through the Landing Routes platform. Landing Routes LLC makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any complimentary refreshments provided during a booking. Landing Routes LLC accepts no liability for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, illness, or injury arising from consumption of complimentary refreshments. Customers with known allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions should decline all complimentary refreshments.
