1.1 Information You Provide When you create an account or make a booking we collect: full name, email address, phone number, payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), pickup and destination addresses, flight number and arrival details, number of passengers including children, special requests and add-ons, and profile photo (optional). 1.2 Information Collected Automatically When you use the Platform we automatically collect device type and operating system, IP address and approximate location, browser type, pages visited and features used, booking history and preferences, and crash reports and performance data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and manage your bookings
• Send booking confirmations, receipts, and updates
• Connect you with Authorized Operators
• Process payments securely via Stripe

• Improve Platform features and performance

We share your information with Authorized Operators (drivers and tour operators) to fulfill your booking, Stripe for payment processing, and service providers who assist in Platform operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Payment card data is processed and stored by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
